CSR के माध्यम से छात्र अपनी कॉलेज शिक्षा के लिए फीस सहायता, किताबें/लैपटॉप, लैब-प्रोजेक्ट खर्च, स्किल कोर्स और जरूरत पड़ने पर होस्टल/ट्रांसपोर्ट सपोर्ट जैसी सुविधाएँ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
CSR प्रोग्राम में अक्सर इंडस्ट्री के मेंटर्स/एक्सपर्ट्स से मार्गदर्शन, करियर काउंसलिंग और सही करियर पाथ चुनने में सहायता मिलती है।
CSR के तहत स्किल-ट्रेनिंग, वर्कशॉप, इंटर्नशिप/प्रोजेक्ट एक्सपोज़र, रिज़्यूमे-इंटरव्यू तैयारी जैसी चीज़ें मिलती हैं, जिससे नौकरी के अवसर बेहतर होते हैं।
